Illustration

The government of Montenegro has published a list of yachts added to the country's Maritime Safety and Port Authority registry as of April 2023. The document contains the names of the vessels, along with the names of their owners and other data.

A total of 363 yachts are on the list, with more than a hundred of them belonging to Russians. Among them is a man named Ivan Sibirev, listed as the owner of the yacht “Anastasia”. The man with that name used to be the head of Stroytransneftegaz, a Gazprom contractor.

Technical data and photos of the yacht “Anastasia” moored in Montenegro are available on the Vesselfinder website.
