A man committed self-immolation near the central bus station in Ryazan, YA62.ru reports.
According to media reports, he started laughing and shouting that he did not want to fight against Ukraine and then set himself on fire. Police and an ambulance arrived on the scene, the man was not seriously injured.
Earlier today it was reported that the head of the Ust-Ilimsk military enlistment office was shot at his workplace.
According to media reports, the shooter went inside the building, said: “No one is going to fight, now we will all go home” - and shot him with a shotgun. He was subsequently detained.
